Eight expat owner home owners in Albox (Almería) face having their homes demolished in January 2010 after the building licences granted by the local Town Hall were challenged in the courts by the regional government, the Junta de Andalucía. This is completely wrong and must be stopped now before more innocent people lose their homes through no fault of their own !. Its time now for Spanish government to sort this madness out before further damage is done to the ever dwindling Spanish property market.
